What information do we collect?

Required information includes the name, billing address, zip code, country, billing phone number and email address. Credit card information is handled directly by VeriSign and Chopstix for Charity does not keep credit card numbers or expiration dates at any time. We only retain other information for tracking and bookkeeping purposes as required by our bylaws and regulations.
What do we do with the information we collect?
We do not disclose any personal or financial information to third parties except where necessary to process a transaction, in order to respond to a request initiated by you or where required by law. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your personal and financial information. Our payment processor, VeriSign, uses SSL encryption to protect your financial information.
Within the Chopstix for Charity organization, we limit access to personal and financial information to those who need it to perform their duties and only disclose the information required. If you provide your personal information to us for volunteering purposes, we may contact you in order for you to fulfill volunteering roles.
