As we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we seek your organization's sponsorship for Chopstix for Charity (CFC), an annual fundraising event to address the needs and challenges facing the metro Atlanta Asian community. CFC strives to raise corporate and general awareness about the needs of local Asian American non-profit civil services organizations, with the mission to connect corporations, small businesses and individuals to directly aid Asian Americans in the Atlanta community. The Atlanta chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP-Atlanta) hosts this event, and the organizing committee is comprised of members from various Asian American organizations.

As CFC enjoys its 10th year of fundraising, your financial support would be immensely appreciated to ensure continued consciousness of the needs in the Atlanta Asian American community. Last year's benefit, held at Epps Aviation, raised over $30,000 in net proceeds. Honoring the CFC mission and tradition, one hundred percent (100%) of all corporate donations was awarded directly to local, non-profit Asian American programs, servicing various organizations here in Atlanta. CFC's success each year is made possible through generous corporate sponsorship donations, food donated by local Asian restaurants, charitable prize donations from supporting businesses, and a team of dedicated volunteers.

This year's fundraising benefit will be held on Saturday, August 18th, 2007, at the SunTrust Atrium, which is located in downtown Atlanta. Also, this year the event will also coincide with the NAAAP National Convention. Our semi-formal event features our signature buffet, with an enticing array of dishes. The dinner, along with mock casino entertainment, dancing, silent and live auctions, and raffle prizes, make this a memorable event for all who attend.
